Integrous Women is a social enterprise. What’s that? We are a for-profit business that is mission-driven. Together, we help women around the world become integrous leaders.

When we first set out to build a Sustainable Impact Model, it felt like I was walking down a long, dark tunnel with just one tiny flashlight to guide the way.
Over the years, as more Integrous Women joined our movement, each person contributed a new shining light that grew our clarity and overall vision of impact. Together, we can do so much.

Women and girls represent half of the world’s population and therefore also half of its potential. But gender inequality persists everywhere and stagnates social progress.
EDUCATION GAPS (Target 4)
Education empowers people everywhere to live more healthy and sustainable lives. In our increasingly divided world, it’s also crucial in fostering tolerance and maintaining peaceful societies.
MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL BEING (Target 3.4)
Trauma and mental health challenges are the greatest barriers to living a fulfilled life. We partner with nonprofits to help women transition from surviving to thriving.
A VISUAL story about impact
In 2017, we started a collaborative in Guatemala that engages key partners in answering the question, “How might we break the cycle of inequality and trauma in a community?”
We use the same 3P model used with our Pathway to Fulfillment Mastermind (Personal Power, Professional Development and Philanthropy) to develop leadership assets and mentorship opportunities for the young girls to thrive.
