Integrous is the adjectival form of Integrity, however it is rare that speakers and writers use this form of the word. Most people opt for the etymologically unrelated synonym such as honest or virtuous. An Integrous Woman is not rare in that no one can be an Integrous Woman, but in that they are true gems authentically living out an impactful legacy. This is what is hard to come by: A woman who is so fierce in her truth that she becomes an unstoppable force.
So what defines an Integrous Woman?

An Integrous Woman shows up to events. We don’t mean simply arrives. Arriving would mean that they come and they observe and maybe they throw in a comment or two. An Integrous Woman wants to know your soul. They offer hands for helping, hearts for healing, and ears for listening.

An Integrous Woman wants to be a part of a community that values sustainable impact. Our mission is to empower women of all walks of life to leave a legacy that aligns with their passions. This means within our community and in others who may not have the resources to do so. A love for giving-forward is a MUST.
3. A Growth-Oriented Mindset
Ultimately, if you’ve made it this far you are searching for community, growth or a platform to give back. But what makes an Integrous Woman is an ability to do all three. There is no limit to what you can achieve with a group of Integrous Women.
An Integrous Woman has an open mindset and is always looking for an opportunity to better themselves. Every failure is an opportunity to improve upon yesterday. We know that sometimes we need to bandage ourselves when we fall, but it is in the fall that makes rising so much more gratifying.
